Alive is a rain or shine event. All sales are final. There are no refunds.
Your ticket is for the Alive Music Festival, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedule are subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for a refund. You are welcome to donate or sell your tickets to friends or family if you are unable to attend.
RV Sites
Please fill out this form if you’d like to request a refund for your RV Site for Alive 2024. Please note refunds for RV sites are not guaranteed and if approved, there is a $500 change fee per Premium RV site refunded, and $400 per Deluxe RV Site and $300 per Standard RV Site.
If you cannot attend, you are encouraged to find a friend or family member and sell it to them. You can email Brushfire at supportto change the RV site info after the sale to the new RV site purchaser’s info.
