The Alive Music Festival team works closely with local officials, emergency personnel, and security professionals to help ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for everyone. You’ll see uniformed security and festival staff throughout the grounds. They are here to help keep you safe. If you need assistance or have a concern, please don’t hesitate to approach a member of our team.

ENTRY & SECURITY PROTOCOLS
For the safety of everyone attending Alive Music Festival, all guests are subject to security screening (bag check) before entering the festival grounds. To help make your entry as quick and stress-free as possible, please review the festival’s Allowed & Prohibited Items and Bag Policy before arriving.
COME PREPARED & LOOK OUT FOR EACH OTHER
We want everyone to have an incredible experience. Here are a few simple ways to look out for yourself and those around you:
- Watch out for your neighbors. If someone nearby appears to need help, check in with them. If someone is behaving aggressively or making others feel unsafe, alert the nearest staff or security team member.
- Be respectful. The Alive Music Festival is a shared space. Be considerate of the people around you, respect personal boundaries, and help us keep the festival welcoming for everyone.
- Use the buddy system. Make a plan with your friends before you arrive and establish a meeting point in case you get separated. If a friend is in trouble or needs assistance, contact festival staff — we’re here to help.
- Protect your belongings. Stay aware of your surroundings and keep an eye on your personal items. If you find something or lose something, visit The Alive Store (in the Marketplace) for assistance with Lost & Found.
